Scope of Work

Originally contracted as the roofing subcontractor, Austro Construction was brought on to perform a full roof replacement. Once the existing roof system was removed, extensive deterioration was discovered in the underlying metal structural deck.

Upon advising ownership, our team assumed the role of general contractor to manage and execute the necessary structural repairs. Damaged deck sections were fully replaced and mechanically fastened to restore the building’s integrity and provide a sound substrate for the new roofing system.

Following deck replacement, we installed a tapered insulation system mechanically fastened to the new structure to ensure positive drainage, and completed the project with a fully adhered 60-mil TPO membrane for superior waterproofing and energy efficiency.

The project was completed safely, on schedule, and within six weeks, delivering a high-performance roofing system built for long-term durability.
