Scope of Work

Austro Construction completed a silicone roof recovery system designed to restore and extend the service life of the existing roof assembly while maintaining full waterproofing performance.

The project began with a comprehensive moisture survey and adhesion (bonding) testing to verify substrate conditions and system compatibility. Once confirmed, the roof surface was thoroughly cleaned and prepared to ensure proper adhesion of all restoration materials.

All penetrations, seams, and laps were sealed using high-performance silicone mastic, followed by the application of a compatible primer across the roof surface. The system was then completed with a 100% silicone top coating, applied to achieve the specified mil thickness for long-term UV and weather resistance.

This restoration system was completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards, and carries an NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranty available in 10-, 15-, and 20-year terms, providing durable protection and cost-effective lifecycle extension for the existing roof system.
